Tamsin is the heartbeat of our payroll team, bringing precision, reliability, and a personal touch to everything she does. As Payroll Manager, she oversees payroll processing for businesses with up to 400 employees, handling weekly, bi-weekly, four-weekly, and monthly schedules. Whether working through a payroll system or directly via company bank accounts, she ensures every detail is taken care of, from statutory sick pay and court orders to Statutory Maternity Pay, Statutory Paternity Pay, and auto-enrolment for government pensions.
Her deep understanding of payroll complexities and her calm, methodical approach make her an invaluable support to clients navigating ever-changing regulations. She’s known for her accuracy, discretion, and the reassuring sense of order she brings to even the busiest payroll cycles.
Outside of work, Tamsin world revolves around her family. Sundays are sacred, spent together for tea, a cherished weekly ritual. She recently marked a milestone birthday and, alongside her twin sister, has embraced new adventures like llama walking and pottery classes. In a beautiful twist of fate, her son was born on her 30th birthday, making the day even more special.
