Jen Nixon
Jen has been a dedicated member of the firm since 2010, earning her ACCA qualification in 2015. She became a Partner in 2022.
Jen works closely with owner-managed businesses, family-run firms, sole traders, and payroll-only clients. She also has expertise in supporting solicitors, conveyancers, and smaller authority audits. Known for her responsiveness and collaborative approach, Jen ensures clients receive timely, well-rounded advice, often drawing on the wider team to deliver the best possible service.
As Staff Partner for the Corby office, she plays a dual role – supporting clients with a wide range of accounting needs while also championing the development of our team. Her day-to-day work includes routine compliance, strategic planning, tax advice, and guidance on business exits, always delivered with clarity and care.
Jen is passionate about nurturing talent within the firm. She takes pride in seeing employees grow, knowing that a strong team leads to strong client relationships. Jen also champions a successful mentoring programme.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys long walks with her two black Labradors, often exploring new corners of the UK on short breaks. She’s a keen houseplant enthusiast, with around 85 plants at home and has a love for interior styling and decorating. She dreams of having another allotment to indulge her passion for the outdoors. And in one memorable moment during an audit in Manchester, she even shared a lift with comedian Jimmy Carr!
