Gemma Roger
Gemma joined the firm in 2010 and qualified in 2013, becoming a Partner in 2024. She oversees a diverse portfolio including audit clients and owner-managed businesses. She specialises in the education sector – particularly academies and independent schools.
A Responsible Individual (RI), Gemma is authorised to sign off audit reports, reflecting her expertise and commitment to audit quality. She works closely with businesses to deliver clear reporting, support regulatory compliance, and guide decision-making. Known for her ability to simplify complex accounting language, she ensures clients feel informed and confident.
Gemma is also Staff Partner in our Peterborough office, and fosters strong relationships across the firm, with a keen awareness of team culture and dynamics. She’s Mental Health First Aid trained and passionate about supporting colleagues. Recruiting new members of the team is a highlight of her role—she loves seeing trainees grow and succeed.
Outside of work, Gemma is a governor at Inspire Education Group, sitting on the Audit Committee. She enjoys time with her young family, board games, musicals, and murder mysteries. A proud Lego enthusiast, her collection is displayed throughout her home.
