Danni has been a valued member of the team since 2001, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her previous role as a Legal Secretary at a Multi-Disciplinary Practice in London. As our Company Secretarial Manager, she plays a vital role in ensuring Limited Companies remain compliant with statutory requirements. Her work includes everything from day-to-day filing and maintaining accurate statutory registers to preparing and submitting annual Confirmation Statements and handling ID verification.
Known for her friendly and approachable manner, Danni guides clients through each step of the process, whether by phone or email, making company secretarial compliance feel straightforward and stress-free.
Outside of work, Danni is a proud and busy mum to four children. When she finds a moment to herself, she enjoys going to the cinema, dining out, especially Chinese and Indian cuisine, and walking her dog. A fun fact that often surprises people: comedian Greg Davies was once her schoolteacher!
