Carolyn Rossiter
Carolyn joined the firm in 1997 as a trainee and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1998, becoming a Partner in 2008.
She provides practical, tailored accounting advice and solutions to Owner Managed Businesses across the East Midlands, helping clients navigate both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic decisions.
Carolyn specialises in business valuations, assisting decision making for business restructuring, potential sales, takeovers, or family succession. She also leads the firm’s work on limited assurance reviews for Smaller Authorities, including parish councils and parish meetings, monitoring compliance and transparency in the public sector.
Outside of the office, Carolyn is a passionate performer with a local singing group, particularly enjoying showtunes! She’s also a practicing jogger, having completed the London Marathon three times and several half marathons.
