Companies House WebFiling service update

An official notification has been issued by Companies House regarding an issue affecting its WebFiling service.

As part of our company secretarial service, all Companies House filings are actively monitored, with alerts received whenever submissions are made.

At present, Companies House has not reported any confirmed instances of unauthorised access to or alteration of company data. Based on the information currently available, the overall risk to companies is considered low.

As a precautionary measure, it is advisable for companies to review their registered details and filing history using the find and update company information service to ensure that all information remains accurate and up to date.
