Companies House fees are changing from February 2026.

Companies House have confirmed that they will be changing some of their fees from 1 February 2026, including the fees for filing company incorporations and confirmation statements.

These include:

• incorporation digital filing fee will increase from £50 to £100
• confirmation statement digital filing fee will increase from £34 to £50
• voluntary strike off digital filing fee will reduce from £33 currently to £13 .
